Cimex Cyclone CR48 Machine plus a lot more
« on: October 30, 2010, 04:09:42 pm »
I am selling my Cimex Cyclone CR48 machine and Victor 470 Classic upright vacuum cleaner.
It is very rare to find a Cimex CR48 machine for sale second hand, so here is your opportunity to purchase a very versatile machine and, what I consider to be, the easiest way to clean a carpet.
Here is a brochure from Truvox, the Southampton based distributors of this machine. http://www.truvox.com/downloadnow/pdf/45/brochure
I have a newish set of brushes for carpet cleaning, a set of scrub pad holders and 9 new and 3 half used white scrub pads which are very effective for carpet cleaning.
2 (Two) FULL 5 litres of Cimex encap fluid - thats 10 litres.
Also 3 almost new yellow brushes
and 3 brick and concrete cleaning heads.
As a carpet cleaner this is low moisture cleaning at its best, see the video http://www.truvox.com/getvideo/WMV/Cimex_Encap.wmv
This Cimex machine will clean up to 300m² (3000 square feet) per hour. Using the Encap cleaning solution the deep cleaning restores brightness to even heavily soiled carpets, and being low moisture cleaning means the carpets dry quickly. There are no soil attracting residues, which means that carpets stay cleaner longer and wicking problems are eliminated– stains do not appear on the surface as the carpet dries.

The Victor 470 complements the Cimex CR48. It has a wide head (16") ideal fro those large office cleaning jobs, and there is a 10 pack of dust bags and 2 air filters. Its in working order but a little noisy.

Looking for £950 and I will include a pair of disability ramps to run the Cimex up into the van (its a heavy machine but made more difficult by its shape).
Hope you will agree that is a bargain (just like my Prowler and van was)..

email extracare@ntlworld.com[/email] or 01925 491019 or 07752 950876

Collection only due to weight.

and photo of the ancillary bits. Note the pair of ramps are hardly used, if you want a photo then just ask.

Any one interested in joe cimex I can assure you will not be dissapointed , and a very reasonable price I might add.  I myself took just under £ 400 last weeek alone using the cimex system, and in around 3hrs at that.

good luck with the sale

Your dead right Geoff, for anyone wanting to do offices, hotels, function rooms etc this is the machine for it.
I am past the stage where I want to be doing the hours that those sort of places expect/want their stuff to be cleaned ie evenings/weekends.
They are a great money earner

Anyone into rug cleaning - watch this   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F6vroe_4QYs&NR=1

and here is the Cimex encap guru in the USA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmbwFepjEUw
he has his own encap forum which is really interesting

300 sq meters an hour? i couldn't vac 300 sq meters (north to south, east to west) in an hour and you have to do that first so surely thats a bit of a white lie?

The blurb does say the Cimex machine will clean   ........

Reading the encap forum in USA today, some say they dont vac, they rely on inhouse cleaners. Others say you cant rely on in house so you got to do it yourself.
So if some dont vac then the statement can be true anyway.
