is every one ready for the pension changes in 2012, even with 1 employee u have to offer a provate pension or join NEST
but if they done earn £7,475 a year then they do not ahve join, i can see every job soon being 16 h

It says between employee and employer it would be a 8% contribution, does anyone know the split

ok read it properly evntually it will be a 5% by the worker and then 2% employer rising to 3%
that means the employer of 20k employee will be out of pocket by £360 odd quid a year per man.
and there is a few loopholes like using part timers, or temporary staff
