Hi Robbie72

I have looked at our emails today, we offer 2 levels of support and our system identifies Gold Support members emails as priority hence why your emails have been 'queued' in the system as Standard Support  offers a 72 hour email only reply period.

The reason you cannot access WCP is that ypou are accessing it via a WCP trial from an unregistered machine, the serial number you purchased against is a different machine.

I have sent you an email explaining this fully and the resolution for you to access WCP.

Best regards
Brad

Hi all

I also realised my email address was 'hidden' in my preferences, i have just made it visible so contacting should be easier in these sort of situations, my apologies.

Best regards
Brad

brad were is Ian??

no dis respect but things seemed to be on the ball whilst he was running it, i mean iv mentioned lots of problems ie how it does pull vat through on accounts to name one that hasnt ever been sorted?

has for 72 hours maybe clear guidelines should be explained when you sell your product, ie iv never heard of gold service from when i first bought the programe 2-3 years ago

Ronnie

I'm a wcpro user.i have two licences and i'm reasonably happy.I also have george which i don't use anymore.

If they did write another programme and it had advantages i might get that.

George at £50 is a steal, wcpro at £200 ditto.Admin is one of our biggest bugbears. Our job ronnie,as you well know only has three parts:

Operations
Marketing
Admin

All that aside posts like this surprise me.How would you like £8 custies on the phone pestering you? Ian is the pointy head programmer, and i doubt he even likes wc'ers.Brad is the marketing guy and deals with issues. They are always up to something and often have bigger fish to fry. They are no different to us really, they don't mean to offend, but they have a life too, as we do.
