Driven off with the extension lead wrapped around my towbar, flooded my van, cleaned the wrong house, tried to collect from the wrong house, left my pole behind and have left warning signs behind but forgot where.  ::)

In no particular order:

Left pole behind (also ladders when trad)
Left warning signs behind
Put 600L into a 400L tank and flooded van
Not filled van tank and run out after first house
Driven off with 240v oil filled radiator still connected and ripped socket off of wall
Forgotten battery
Forgotten trad gear when pulling up at factory offices to do insides
Forgotten payment slips
When trad unsecured ladders flew off of roof rack
