Domestic cleaning with puppies in the house

 Hi there guys hope all ok,
 Well since christmas two of my domestic clients have gained a new member of the family..a puppy :-\.Now dont get me wrong I am a dog lover,but it can become a nightmare when I clean these two houses now.The first one is a lovely pup,but does my head in  :( if shes not into my gear ,shes pestering me,so I do the obvious and shut her out my way whilst Im cleaning,...then I have to listen to whining and howling through out my stay....Im seriously thinking of getting an I pod to block the noise out.
  The second one just constintly keeps barking at me when I arrive, but its usually over when its gone off and left me alone within half of an hour me being there.
  Now my main issue with this second one is they dont loo train it to go in the garden,it goes in a litter tray in the bathroom :o..what is this all about when they have a garden?? So Im getting really peeved off each week when I walk in the bathroom and Im faced with a number 2s in the litter tray :-[ Ok I tip it down the loo and do the other bathroom whilst the smell dies down,but should I really have to put up with this ? Just wondered how you would deal with it and if any others had the same joy.

I jet drains as well as cleaning and the foul stench smells like money to me  ;) ;)

was the cleaning of the toilet tray in the original price? if not whack an extra £xx onto the price if they dont like it then leave it if they do then your earning extra

 No John,I charge by the hour and usually dispose of it just for my own benefit,otherwise I would have to wear a peg on my nose whilst cleaning the bathroom :o
 I just cant believe how nice some people can be ,but can be so thoughtless towards their cleaner,maybe Im too soft and should shut the door and refuse to clean the bathroom I think but even if I do that the bathroom wont get cleaned again untill I decide to go in there when the tray is clear,thats what their like,I didnt go there for 3 weeks when we had the snow,and nothing had been touched  >:(
