and Rescue Service premises numbering 27 in total within Herefordshire and
Worcestershire.

II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope
The contract is for the 5 year cleaning of all Hereford and Worcester Fire
and Rescue Service premises numbering 27 in total in Herefordshire and
Worcestershire. Ten buildings will require daily cleaning during work days
while two buildings will only require cleaning twice per week and the
remainder only once per week. The contract includes the cleaning of
internal windows and glass.
The contractor will also be required to include the opening and locking up
of the HWFRS HQ, the times are 7:00 a.m. open and 7:00 p.m. close Monday
to Friday.
Extra cleaning may be requested at the discretion of the Authorised
officer.
All operatives employed by the contractor and sub-contractors on this
contract will be required to be CRB checked at the expense of the
contractor.
