I just use a wallet and keep it in my back pocket. Have business cards in there and some notes and coins find it keeps everything together.

All the envelopes and slips stay in the van, if they don't answer I just go back to the van and write one out.

I keep all slips in the van.

All money is kept in my pocket, and if anybody wants to nick it they better be ready for the dirty fighter gaurding it.

I use an unger trad pouch.

Outside velcro pocket - Payment slips, pen + mobile phone
Middle pocket - keys + bank bag of coins + piece of towelling to wipe pole and hose
Inner pocket - Scrim

Work trousers with zillions of pockets. Notes in back velcro pocket.
It's a game of three halves!
