Chewing Gum Removal Cost
« on: September 23, 2005, 08:20:50 am »
When I asked this quuestion before I think 50p a piece was mentioned,

I thought this was a bit high and did not  get the job.

Was this a realistic price?

This is the bar area of a local hotel covered in the stuff.

Always found the best idea is to try and estimate how long it is going to take then add your hourly rate onto the cleaning rate. Don't forget to factor in the product cost.

Ian

With John on this, once quoted for an O’Neil’s bar £750 to remover gum £650 to clean carpets did not get the job. Major problem with black top you don’t know how much there is until you clean it, it surprising how many 5p’s you find when cleaning it. ;D
