Cherwell District Council is currently seeking expressions of interest
from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who wish to be
selected to tender for the provision of window cleaning, graffiti & gum
removal.
The contract is broken down into four lots. Bidders may bid for one or

more lots.
Expressions of interest can be made on the South East Business Portal at:
https://www.businessportal.southeastiep.gov.uk/opportunities/Oxfordshire/Cherwell
District Council.
Applications will need to be returned by 12 noon on Monday 8.11.2010.
Invitations to tender will be issued on 19.11.2010.
Tender submissions will be evaluated upon the most economically
advantageous tender with the Council not binding itself to accept the
lowest or any tender offered.
The evaluation criteria will be mae available with the invitation to
tender.
This contract will also be made available to other public sector
organisations across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire.
Any partner expressing an interest in this contract will enter into their
own contract with the successful contractor(s) based upon the terms and
conditions agreed at the point of award of contract.
