WCP & EMAILING INVOICES
« on: September 22, 2010, 08:12:20 pm »
Hi,
I use WCP on Windows XP.

Most of our work is done on an Invoice posted off to customer basis..

Has anyone emailed Invoices direct to the customer by email?

I am trying to devise a way of emailing their invoice and what I need is some way of identifying these particular customers from the rest of the ones that get an invoice posted to them

As postage costs go up, it seem to cost me more and more on stamps.

I use Cutewriter PDF to email work sheets to my guys

Thanks

Davie

Hi not sure about differentiating between customers,  but...

I do email all of my invoices now, and its pretty straightforward..

When you complete and invoice, instead of printing it to PDF, click the 'save a copy' icon, and then choose PDF format (instead of jasper reports)..
