There's too many variables for anyone to give a accurate answer. How busy are you?do you need extra work? Travel time?

If I was in the position to quote I'd say take your average day and x .25 or maybe even x .50

it all depends on how much you need the extra work though.

I think he wants a figure you would charge for doing the subbie work for him.

I reckon at least £170 + diesel.  If it were a long distance then a bit of travel time too.  That's all assuming that the work is in one location (or a very small number of locations).  More than that would be acceptable too but I wouldn't think there's muchroom for dropping and it still being worthwhile for the subbie.
It can be hard to pitch a price on such work because the contractor needs some kind of markup and finding a price where the contractor profits and the subbie feels OK can sometimes be a squeeze.
I've done stuff like this a few times and it's varied between £140 and £200.

Thanks for all your replies and pm's guys im going to get a two man set up on my van as this is going to be an ongoing contract.

Its a local school and the budget is very tight. by the time ive taken £200+ out of the price it just wouldnt be worth it for my self  ::)

Thanks all
