Hi Ian

Urine Contamination Treatment from ChemSpec. Nothing comes close IMHO.

Infact, i did a elevator in a Casion today. One of thier regulars decided the lift was a much better place to take a pish rather than the loo's!
It was stinking when i got there but was smelling lovely when i left.

Tips: its a very high foaming product so make sure you use defoamer and make sure you give a good dewell time.

If you have access to a UV light, use that to detect the urine. And then use nemsis odour neutrilzer to spray the rest of the carpet. Lethal combo  ;)

The reason I ask is I was looking at a couple of Web Sites from big Companies where this service is promoted.

But I have never found any product apart from Urine Neutralisers

I have also had problems with dog urine on beige carpet

Are you sure it was dog?  Ordinary neutralisers/ cleaners should will shift it.  But bitch urine varies a lot according to their estrus cycles . You may well need a specific treatment  like Urine OFF. This will loosen up the staining crystals
Have a look at the lawn does it have round dead patches?
