hi chaps would like your input plz
i have enough work for 2 people for 3 weeks solid and the other week is con roofs and gutter cleans solid ,all my round full circles every 4 weeks and my window round is bulging at the seams how can i expand my work there are only so many days in a month so going every 5 weeks is not a option as i will not benefit, apart from hiring another chap any ideas

ant sell a part of your round off.or just cull the cheaper cleans or bump them up!if they say no fair enough.if they say yes your quids in.putting your round on 5 weekly is not a bad idea until the spring next year then youll have more chance of selling a bit off at a decent price.

this is what ive done in the past.
