New 'Roto-Clean' unit from Dry Fusion
« on: August 23, 2010, 09:11:27 pm »
For anyone interested, Dry Fusion are just about to launch the replacement to the Vibradry unit (for stairs etc).

It's called the Roto-Clean and is a rechargeable battery unit with a telescopic shaft, so that stairs can be cleaned while standing up if required.  I'm skeptical about battery based units but it does look interesting.   It's about £370+VAT I think.

Not on their website yet.   I found out about it because I enquired about buying a Vibradry!

See the PDF attached below.

I thought it was available at the cleaning show at Carpex in mid March this year, not about to launch soon.
I have just bought the cristal fusion upholstery machine, so like some of there stuff, but you can find the same Roto-clean a lot cheaper elsewhere

It's been on the web site for ages and listed at £470.15.............this is the same as the American Argo machines which have been around for at least 10 years.

I imported one about 8 years ago but found it to be too light. Unfortunately I binned it !

Maybe a new name for it will help it sell better?

The Virbradry has been listed on their site for ages...... but is no longer for sale.

The Roto-Clean may have been at the show in March but is just being released to market now. It isn't on the DF website yet.

How much is the cristal clean just curious because looking on ebay found a "foam sofa cleaner" made in china that looks exactly the same for £399 plus shipping.

Paid nothing, the local council paid everything except VAT,which we can reclaim as business on Teesside is poor and our factory is in a dissadvantaged area, so over the moon, and the other is £550 with postage, no training and whats guarantee. dry fusion delivered the ubit, pat tezsted and gave all training info and superb service. And able to get a discount.

the other good point for other and bad point for me is that dryfusions price is plus vat so another £300, where the ebay one is no vat, or not vat on top. will order ebay one as spare machine
