ninja pump problems

just fitted a new pump on my ninja have run it for 2 days no problem ,got to my first job fri and no pressure pump sounds like its running but no pressure.i have used a compresor and blown air through the pipes and there dosn't seem to be a blockage . can anyone give me a clue as stumped ?

Sounds like an air lock, do you have an open ended hose?
If not remove one of the brass ends from your solution hose, connect the other to the machine, fill with water and switch the pump on.

have tried opened end hose with the vac hose on the end  no sucssess

is yours one that circulates back into machine through heat exchanger when preasure turned down.

Is this the new 200psi Pumptec Pump that was fitted ?
If there isn't enough time to do the job right,  how do we find the time to go back and do it again when the customer is not happy ?   Do it right the 1st Time.

now sorted must have been a block blasted air down pipes with a compressor       :)

no just a normal heater
have now changed the water tank filter , couldn't see anything wromg with the other but process of elimination.
