cheap pole for staff - this ok??

1 x Exel Xtel Glassfibre Pole 24ft
Brush Type: Vikan Hi-lo sill brush
Bristle: Flagged
Jet Type: Pencil
is this ok for a cheap pole - mainly for staff so not spending alot and would only get used on about 40 houses a week.

because of staff i9 have moved over to the brodex hydras. 3 years gurentee. i've had things break on them already and brodex have sent out replacements. that has saved me a good few quid

yeah i already have all the alloy brodex poles. just needed a cheap one for a memeber of staff - only part time.
how you getting on with the brush head or did you change it - looking to get a few sill brushes as few of the lads are marking the sills on a the odd job or two
