HI ALL,
JUST BEEN TO QUOTE A KITCHEN DEEP CLEAN FOR A COMPANY WHO GIVES ME A LOT OF WORK, WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS INFORMED THAT A CUSTOMER WAS STABBED IN THE KITCHEN 12 DAYS AGO, THERE ARE BLOOD SPATTERS AT HIGH LEVEL ON THE WALL TILES, ALSO ON THE CEILING. THERE IS CONGEALED BLOOD ON THE FLOOR AND ALSO ON STAINLESS STEEL SURFACES. ON FURTHER INSPECTION I FOUND SPATTERS OF BLOOD TO NEARLY ALL AREAS OF KITCHEN, INCLUDING FRIDGE DOOR SEALS, COOKING EQUIPMENT, DOOR HANDLES etc, SHOULD I BE WALKING AWAY FROM THIS AND GETTING A TRAUMA PRO IN TO REMOVE THE BLOOD, THEY WANT TO OPEN THE KITCHEN TO SERVE FOOD ASAP, I HAVE READ SOME VERY INFORMATIVE POSTS FROM MARTIN AND UNDERSTAND THAT THE BLOOD CAN POSE SOME SERIOUS HEALTH HAZARDS, ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
THANKS
MCM
