Just wondering if anybody else does a conservatory cleaning round ie, every 3 or 6 months? If so how did you approach it.

I don't think they'd get that dirty in 3-6 months to warant a regular clean.

I have a few done anually, the rest are purely one-offs.

I do a few monthly , where i clean windows, .. but because its a quick wash its only a tenner on small ones.... but a tenner for a quick brush over is ok i suppose, takes a few minutes.

99.9% of people only want their conny roof cleaned once a year / when it looks grubby.

I'm keeping a record of the ones I've cleaned and contacting them next year.

I'm also starting to price up the conny roofs that my customers have that haven't asked me for a price. Then I'm going to contact them with a special offer when I feel like it.
Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go

I'm sure you could build a round like this but it's too much like hard physical work for me ...
It's a game of three halves!
