looks like specks of paint, but it's white coloured render !
comes off the glass easy enough, has anyone tried brick acid on brown upvc frames and sills !?
or what can i use !?

Definitely don't use brick acid .... try getting the worse off with a scraper then use WD40 it's great for coloured upvc

Dont use any brick acid but i suppose you could use vinegar.Or just use plenty of soapy water and a scrapper is the best way might not be quick but you will get it all off.
