can I buy 'o' clips from high street?
« on: July 08, 2010, 11:20:45 pm »
I need some 'o' clips for my pole hose and for the clear tubing that goes from the Y piece into the brush. I have attempted to modify my pole as jeff temperley's design. Trouble is the pressure is too high and keeps blowing hoses off the Y piece. Must be because there is only a short amount of pole hose in the pole so get blasted from microbore especially when at full pressure on start up. heres the link http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=100776.20 Go to the bottom of the page.
any hows where can i get some from or are there alternatives? small enough jubilee clips maybe?

if you buy jubilee clips the small ones from screwfix are rubbish, the halfords ones are ok though

but for o clips try pirtek or any pressurised hose specialist
