going on holiday / laying up wfp system

Can anyone let me what they do with there van mounted WFP system when they go on holiday ?, do you empty the tank and filters or leave it all full up

Best to ask on the window side but I only use mine twice a month and take it all out of the van each time

leave it in van, and I wouldnt drain the filters.

If you dont drain it, you get algie. Obviously this depends on how long you leave it, and the heat.

We always empty our WFP system if not used for a length of toime. Also dont leave water in if you believe it will freeze.

I didnt mention the freezing problems due to time of year :P
I have never had algae problems in our filters. I guess its good and dark where I keep them.
