I would insist on a full refund. If the machine is faulty surely the supplier can send it back to the manufacturers anyway.

Hi steve and  JandS  thats how ive always emptied every machine too, like i say with this one its impossible to get the vac hose into the bottom of tank, terrible design, also the hatch to fill the machine up is  4" x 5"  not nearly big enough.

Hi Fintan  I really hope so mate, just not sure what I can do if he says no,  but hopefully it wont come to that, I'll let yous know how I get on on Monday.

Any of yous tried the airflex machines, im happy enough with ninja etc vac power so probably wouldnt go turbo, also lots of top floor flats in edinburgh with no lifts so i think the weight might be a problem, even the ninja plays on the back if your 3 flights up all week.
never had machine over 130 psi how are the larger pumps?  Do they empty your tank quickly or does  the quicker clean time make up for this?
Is the airflex pro 600 managable for just me up all these stairs?

Again thanks for all advice  any more would be great

Not posted here for ages, forgotten what makes this site so great,  lots of genuine honest advice    thanks

Hi robert , got it sorted, they took the machine back and gave a refund minus a restocking charge which is fair enough. In hindsight I should've went and tried the machine first, and I would've known it was not suitable.

Did look at the 500psi machine with wonderwand that sounds good but went for 400psi ninja, looking forward to getting it as got 135 ninja and hoping to see a big difference.
Anybody else went from 135 to 400 ninja?

Borrowed one once and toped up using it for the pre-spay
