Hi there
adding value by cross selling, other products and services is a great to increase profitable revenue for little extra resource.
especially in commercial, the supply of the washroom supplies, as an example.
you can then expand upon that by subbing out the sani bins, and dust control mats to one of the big boys.
although clients fall in to a number of different groups, one group being those that will be more than happy to take as many services and products as they can from one supplier, therefore they get one invoice and only have to pay one supplier, and the other group where they are more than happy to share out among a whole group of suppliers.
the benefit of you supplying a range of sevice and products, means that you have a commanding position and relationship with the client, therefore any body else quoting for the work will need to try and match the services that you provide.
however the add on services that you provide to domestic cleints and commercial clients differ, purely by the nature of the client.
