How do these round builders / door knockers operate ?

I live in the North East of England (Co Durham) and I'm far to busy to canvass on an evening or a weekend.  What type of service does 'The Hitman' offer and how much does it cost.

I'm looking to build up further rounds and become the biggest in the area (e.g. - big is always not the best, however this is my ambition).

I look forward in hearing from you with you're responses.

Johnny
