We started our carpet cleaning business in 1971 and built it up on quality service and reliability. Primarily our business dealt with upmarket clients, These clients not only paid for our quality work but also the perceived value which came with our professional image. There are many different ways of cleaning carpets and upholstery, we believe the most efficient and effective is the hot water extraction, where we had a three stage cleaning procedure. This is done by firstly ensuring the carpet/upholstery has been thoroughly dry vacuumed followed by hot water extraction and stains treated after initial clean unless dealing with protein stains which we would treat before. When dealing with difficult stains it is important to check the ph level of the stain and treat accordingly. The final cleaning stage is to reset the pile and deoderising. Finally we would leave a card detailing drying times and feedback on how the job was carried out. We have now sold the hands on carpet cleaning business and are now in our seventh year of product supply. Follow this link to view products we used and believe to be of the highest standard for carpet cleaners.
