Cleaned a huge house last month , and i mean huge, i said £70 a month [ bearing in mind £35 for the one pictured on this thread ] the frames where filthy although the glass was ok ,he had a regular windy that didn't do the frames thats why he wanted to change. I thought do him 1st clean for price of a regular keep him sweet, nice little earner.
Took absolute ages and about 400litres used, got it looking great, guess what !! he's gone back to his old windy  >:(.
As a 1 off i would have charged £150 at least. So now i charge more for 1st cleans
dont look who's to blame, look how to fix it. anon

We clean one almost identical, and charged more than 150, and on the first clean it took about 40 mins, from pulling up and setting off ;D
Are you cleaning or repainting :P
