I'm sure you guys will tell me this one has already been talked about but as I'm new thought I would put down my ideas for getting new work....
1. Keep eye on new developments being built and people moving in. You will be first wc to knock and they will want them cleaned to get rid of all builders dust etc and then you get to keep them from there on. Neighbours will then ask you when they see you!
2. keep eye out for sold signs, when taken down then knock on door, say you are local wc, got a job today doing that.
3. if customer moves then when new one moves in if price charged is a bit low then bump it up to what you want it to be.
Tell me to buttoned it if teaching you to suck eggs??!! ;)

i hate doing new houses a pain to clean new glass.

right "pane in the glass" isnt it, new estates always get canvassed my wc
