Post by: markybop on November 23, 2009, 01:05:51 pm
As the title says, what's the going rate for selling a well established, compact round of domestic houses in Scotland?

10 people would give 10 different answers, the question is "What will someone pay?"

Marky, I watch the adtrader almost every week and notice most of the rounds up in Strathclyde that get advertised are usually on sale for a minimum of 5 times the clean value,  have notice 1 or 2 in the past tho that have been priced at 8 times.

nothing in it this week from strathclyde.
