Title: shop signs / black marks

like water marks or somehting ye see on some signs and are  aright pain to remove. What's bes tto remove these marks with ?

i do exterrior shop fronts every 2 months, i spray  ecover on the signs leave for 5 mins then clean wfp, they come up great
