Title: help with getting office contracts

Hi
Has anyone got any ideas on gaining offices contracts in the oxfordshire area as i have tryed phone/leaflet/letters and now local magazine but still not getting much back

hi there

you say that you have tried phones, leaflets etc.

how long have you been marketing ?
how many calls have you made?
how many appointments have you been on ?

new local magazines, may not be the answer, who reads it ? how does it get distributed ? do business people have the time to read a new magazine that comes through the door ?

Hi Martin
 I do an leaflet drop about three times a year
the local magazine go out to 20k split homes/commercial and delivery by royal mail
have also brought a mailing list and tryed email marketing
