i went to a customer today in my normal which is not wc. anyway he had his windows done but he felt it was not that good way of doing them. so he is going to ask the window cleaner to have done trad way. also i have heard that the sills are left dirty and white marks from water on the glass? anyway this guy was charged 25 quid...mind you it was a 3 bed detached in the country

Obviously the guy is not cleaning them properly.

yup - got the equipment and doesn't know how to/cant use it properly.

LOL..........I picked up a new one today because their neighbour recommended me,I asked why they did'nt want the previous guy and they said he has the same "pole thingy" as you but left the windows worse after he had cleaned them! ???
