Title: I set a new record today
Post by: ftp on July 06, 2009, 05:55:59 pm: Got my hose caught and had to walk back eight times on one house! Pesky wind slamming gates everywhere, van doors slamming shut-- horrible, horrible day. >:(

you should have asked

"so you are not after a regular and reliable window cleaner then?"

if they say "yes",

then say

"how can I be regular and reliable if you turn me away?"

matt, if that was a plumber joiner or electrician, a call out bill would be given to them, did they realize that you had to travel wasting fuel, and time, you could have been on another job, it is their responsability to call you, giving you 24hrs notice, i would have said handing the call out charge this is yours today, >:(

10 minutes - I had to clean the gutters out, wash them down and clean the soffits.
