can someone give me some advice on the best way to price a house
-
there is no method we all have our own way of pricing from what i have seen.
if you have just started your work rate will be slow, it will speed up as you become more experienced.
when i first started 15 years ago a £3 house would take me an hour, now the same house is £7 and do 4 in an hour. my hourly rate varies between £10 to £35. i have a minimum price of £5.00. dont over price you will lose work very quickly. good luck

SIMPLE FORMULA ONE POUND PLUS AN EXTRA POUND FOR EVERY CLIMB, CONSERVATORIES FOUR QUID PLUS

its very simple really....decide how much you want to earn per hour ( be reasonable ) then get a stopwatch...clean the windows and charge accordingly. this is how we work and it suits us fine. every house is different so some will be higher than others. when we are asked by a customer how much ....we explain how we do it and most are fine. what this means is that if you want to earn £15 per hour ...you will earn that every hour...apart from some travelling time
hope this helps
