Title: training cleaners

Hi all
Wondered if anyone might know what training courses there are for both domestic and commercial cleaners. Ive noticed alot of domestic cleaning companies say that there cleaners are trained to highest standards,is that in house training or nvq and if the latter what training providers are there in the northwest. Many thanks
