Can anyone help me? I have a rather large database of addresses I want to copy them from a word document so I can print them on to sticky labels for a mailshot should I copy them into excel, outlook or access I have been told I can do it using any of these programmes can anyone advise on which one and how to do it?

Stay with Microsoft word, type in "mail merge" in help and then look for labels, follow the instructions which are quite easy to follow and you should be ok
