What type of sealer was it done with, what end result was she looking for? would it not be better to correct it to give her what she wanted in the first place? What was the problem ie cloudy or messy sand joints

bdcs i dont know what type of sealer was used the guys who did the job for her said they would pressure wash re-sand then seal , they look part clean and part dirty with really dark patches scatterd about , shes tryed to phone the company up who did the work but gets no answer , i dont do this type of work but if i did i reckon i would have done a better job than these cowboys .

theres concrete gravel boards up either side of the drive mark i would say around 8ft away from the road its not a busy road .

xylene will only thin acylic sealer it won't actually remove it, if its a polyurethene one then its staying put. What exactly is the problem ? xylene will probably sort the appearance if the drive was ok when it was put down. Photos would help lots
