Hi every one.  :)

can anyone help please, i've been asked by a local builder to clean out VOID PROPERTYS. (thay are contracted by a local council to undertake voids property maintenance) and would like us to clean the properties on there behalf.

Thay have asked for a time framework as well as the price per property, the properties comprise of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen.
(The builders are removing all the rubbish in the properties)

Thay would like us to have the house suitable for tenant occupation.

Could anyone tell me what price i should be charging and how long it should take on average ??

Hi Nathen just picked your thread up we would look to charge £125.00 to £150.00 inc windows. Hope this helps .
