Hi
My Honda Gx390 with a ww965 interpump has decided to give up!!!
Its just the pump that has lost power, hardly pressure at all coming out. (lucky i was just doing my own patio this weekend)
Has anyone any quick ideas of what could be wrong, or any good local service centres in Lancashire (nr. Blackburn)
had a quick look but no luck!!
cheers

Its probably just the seals need replacing, easy job costs about 50 quid.

If you have a sepetrate return to tank from the unloader make sure its got no flow when washing as the unloader can fail and this flow is the result. Fit a pressure guage to monitor pressure and you can tell before it fails big time. Also check that the lack of performance is on the gun and the fsc.

The seals are well down the list in the testing stage.
First stop is Filters, then air leaks on suction line Test this by useing from a good flow tap direct if m/c works then its sucking air.
But my money is on valves take em out and inspect them. If you find the plastic carriers are brocken and/or the valve "discs" are cracked or split this is probably due to cavitation caused by lack of water
