Hi guys,
I have just purchased a reach and wash residential
system. Will i need to use any chemicals. or will the pure water be all i need. And to put my mind at rest does this system work 100 pc or have i fallen for a good sales pitch.

It does the same job as any other system but with the domestic systems you have to rely on having a mains tap nearby. You may also find it expensive for resin if you live in a hard water area.
You won't need any chemicals.

I am curious as to why you bought a reach and wash system if you didn't know how to use it or what its benefits were?
I am assuming that the system you have bought is a proper Water Fed system using a pure de-ionised water cartridge, more than likely the one Peter is selling for £199 or something very similar, and not a £19.99 brush on the end of a stick with a piece of hose pipe from B & Q.
To most of us it is not a 2 minute decision to buy a WFP system, I know it took me about 3 months of weighing up the pros and cons before I decided that it was the way to go and plunged for our first system.
The fact that it does not require any chemicals and relies on pure deionised water to clean is a pretty basic feature of the system and one of its biggest selling points.
This system is ideal for your own house or places where you have access to an external water standpipe, however, this is unlikely to be the case with the majority of properties you clean so you really need to upgrade to a trolley or Truck mount when you are confident with its success, which you will be very soon.
