Title: info on h/s policy and risk assesment

i am about to put in atender for a council contract but they have asked for h/s policy and risk assesment i use ladders and wfp any information where i can obtain these forms
and any other info on going for council contracts
also any info on reach&wash cricket trolley ie.how much worktime and how long to fill up from van mounted r&w system
all info appreciated

There is a sample Health and safety policy and risk assesment in the 'Documents to doanload' section of this forum.

had look and downloaded acouple of forms .saved me few quid that i looked at some on another site and they were charging up to a couple of hundred pounds probably just for the same thing
