Hi guys,
Just wanted your opinions if you would please.
I have a few office cleaning contracts on regular basis and on the whole I am quite pleased.
However what I never found out is should I actually have an agreement/Contract in place between me and the client.
I have looked on this forum for example of contracts but had no luck in finding them. All I found was email addresses asking to send one in.
So if any of you have an example of a contract that you could send me please send one to
sales@kentcleaning.com
On to the next question... how do you price a job that already has cleaners that I would need to take on due to TUPE Regulations.
There are 2 cleaners been there for along time, and I know the amount of hours that they do.
Do I assume that they are on around £6.50 - £7.50ph
But as we all know pricing is one of the key elements to winning a contract unless you know that person or have been recomended in some way.
thanks guys
kind regards
Dave

hi there dave
assume nothing
you need to contact the encumbant company and obtain the tupe details,
quoting without this is not a good idea, as you ,may leave yourself makng a loss
