A bloody huge van for a 1000ltr tank.
The water alone would weigh 1 tonne thats without yourselves
You fuel.
The rest of your equipment.
You are really going to need a van with a payload of about 1.5 tonnes.
Personally i would not feel safe in a van with that much water.
I have a 650 ltr tank and that does two people a whole day no problem.

i have seen guys running around in VW T4's and i think a t5 with 1000L IBC tank in the back, but again, check the payloads of any van your looking at.
