Anybody use the rojak ladder stopper?
If so what do you think?
-
I have more faith in the 'Stopper' than my business partner footing ;D
Seriously after all the essentials this is best thing for the business we ever bought ;)
-
Have you used it on all types of ground?Grass, etc etc
-
Use mainly wfp now, but when I use the ladder I put a stopper under it, even in the dry. I once had my ladder slip out from under me on a bone dry, moss free concrete slab so don't take the risk anymore. I was using it yesterday on wet, slimy flagstones and it didn't budge. Also the 18" version fits in to my bucket perfectly when I'm driving, saves water slopping everywhere. One tip with the stopper, I bought some bungee cord, drilled a couple of holes in the stopper and made a handle, makes it a lot easier to carry about.

i use it with a canvas tool bag with some sand it
ive had it at a silly angle over a porch roof, and its great
i feel safer with it than some1 footing the ladder, as people get bored and off balance, you dont get trouble with the stopper

Only prob was on gravel once, but the angle was a bit low :o
Good on green slippery concrete and decking too :D

uneven flags are a bit of a problem for it as it needs to be flat.
