Title: What would you have done?

Two years ago took on this house, mainly all georgian, they wanted a monthly clean but because I didn't really want it I put in a good price for a bi monthly clean which they accepted.

Now I went to clean it the other day and they tell me they want it done every month,and because I originally said I can't do that, they have taken on another WC to clean it in between my visits :o.

Couple of things to add,I've been WFP for 14 months now and this customer was taking on someone called Window Cleaning Rounds.com who has been canvassing quite heavily in my area recently.

As the topic says,what would you have done?

Window cleaning rounds have canvassed your customer for someone whos looking to biuld a round in your area by the sounds of it.

I would have done it every month/ 4 weeks like they asked. It cant be that difficult to do it once every month, ive enever known any customer so desperate to have them done every month by calling another window cleaner to do it inbetween!
