Hi
can any one help we have a contract with our cleaners that they cannot
steal our customers ( our clients by going direct )
how ever recently our supervisor has done just that and handed her notyice
only to start working for one of our clients,.
I can tell you we are not a employment agency and i am qiute livid.
this has bought to light may be we need a contractual clause for our clients that they can not
steal our staff
any ideas please many thanks
