can anyone tell me how much faster wfp trolly system is than the conventional way of cleaning window

Ommiting the first clean anything from twice to ten times faster depending on situation of clean.

can u tell me if the system is slower on windows that have painted frames

It not slower but you have to be careful how you clean as the paint can get onto the brush and then the window.  But you soon learn how to do them.
