Hi guys,
Been cleaning windows 6months now all going well.
Now bad weather coming in 1 or 2 customers been asking me if i can do inside.
have done a couple using squeegy and mop etc but can be a bit messy.
Any ideas as to more effective way to clean inside house?
Thanks Steve Wright ;)

You are using right gear but too much water.
Shake most of the water off the mop outside the house.
Mop and then squeegee holding mop under squeegee to catch drips

A good idea is to wear over shoes, they're cheap and will impress the customer as well as avoiding carpet cleaning bills if you walk muck into the house.

Oooh, over shoes, I like that, never thought of that one before >:(
I have been known to kick my shoes off, not a pleasant thing to experience, when I get back to my shoes I have to fan away a cloud to be able to get near them ;D
Mind, I have always wondered why the customer has never bothered me as I have wandered from room to room......they alway seem to be in a different one! :'(
Seriously though:
Experiment with different methods, I have, if the windows were not to dirty, used a hand held sprayer and misted the glass and then squeegee'd them. Very little mess indeed.
Or as was said in a previous reply to your post, don't have your applicator too wet, and as you squeegee, hold the applicator below the squeegee and it will catch any drips and excess water.
