Title: Vinyl floor strip n seal

Hi all,

Hopefully someone can help me with pricing. Job in question 7 separate areas, all areas have vinyl flooring, size of each area is 8 metres width x 11 metres length.

hi i charge £6 per m2.  striping and aplying three coats of polish.

I guess if i worked on my own I would have no problem doing this in 3 days, that is on the generous side.
£6 per m2 would have you on £154 per hour. Not bad going if you can get it.
I would certainly charge £6 m2 if it was 1 room and a one off customer but this job is 7 rooms at 88 m2, at that price your bill would be £3700, you could probably replace the floor for that.
i would re think new broom, no offence jonni, can't have the welsh getting rich before the geordies.

Assuming that you dont have to remove any furniture or anything, and that you have the run of the place, it shouldnt take you more than 25 hours to complete the job as described, so £6:00 per sqm is far too high.
