You don't need a contract, or to pay exorbitant solicitor's fees. Simply request a written guarantee of the income, either weekly or monthly, and recompense for any shortfall which occurs, either by partial refund or additional business to be provided.
I have sold window cleaning rounds for 16 years, in over 10 counties and never, ever has there been a need for a legal contract. Obviously, it would be sensible to spend at least a day on this round to check it's credibility, which I have always provided. This has several merits. It provides training where required, it shows what excellent money can be earnt, and how much. Good rounds, of course, earn a much better hourly rate than poor ones! I hope this helps.
Let me know if you would like to know more.
