Title: Starting up!

Hi i have decided to start out part time in poole just doing bungalows as i know where there is a whole load without full w/c coverage. I work full time and would like to do evenings while we have daylight 4-6 ish. Where do i start. What sort of tax will i pay on a second income. Will i pay full insurance on a part time round. Do i register before i tr it etc. Please help ??? :)

I would contact my local tax office , they are really helpful.That way you have the correct information to start off with .

Hi jet and welcome  to CleanitUp.

I am popping this thread over to the w/c section and am sure you will get lots more advice, although I think John's suggestion about the IR is the best way to start.

They hold free courses which take you through setting up and running up a business.
